Becca Party Popper Ultimate Lipstick Love Mini Kit

   This kit has three mini lipsticks from the Ultimate Lipstick Love collection.


    The packaging for these lipsticks looks like one of those holiday poppers, only you can’t pull it apart like that, there is a spot on the side to open it up. I was a little disappointed by that, but then again I wouldn’t want my lipsticks to come flying out. The product is in a reflective light gold tube with the name Becca in on the side.

   In the formula there is avocado oil, mango seed butter and olive oil in it, together these are nourishing and moisturizing for your lips. They also say that there is hyaluronic acid in them, but I don’t see that in the ingredients list. The lipsticks are also free of parabens and are cruelty free.

Sugar (cool light pinky beige satin), Rosewood (warm rich rose satin) and Orchid (cool pinky plum satin).

   These lipsticks are opaque and creamy, and have a satin finish. They felt hydrating for about two and a half hours before they started to feel dry on my lips. When it started to feel dry, it didn’t feel too uncomfortable and I was able to keep it on my lips another hour or so before I had to reapply. If you don’t mind the dryness on your lips, these could probably last the eight hours they claim to, so long as you don’t eat or drink anything.

   I picked this up on a whim and I’m glad I did. I actually like these lipsticks and will probably repurchase the one in Orchid.
