Pat McGrath Labs Mini Lip Fetish Lip Balm Trio

This kit has three mini lip balms in it.

  The packaging is a completely sealed gold packet with a clear window on the front so that you can see the product inside. There is a label on the front of the packet that tells you what the product is and there is another one on the back explaining what is inside with a picture of the product. The product itself is in a white tube with a gold pair of lips on a gold ring around the tube. When you take off the lid, the inner tube is also gold. 

   Colours: Clear, Blow Up and Flesh 3)

   There is vitamin e and shea butter in the formula. Vitamin e has moisturizing and healing benefits and helps to protect your skin from environmental stressors such as air pollution and sun damage.  Shea butter helps to nourish and moisturize your skin.

   I found the packaging hard to get into; I had to use scissors to open it up. There are a lot of sequins in the packaging which make it look pretty, but serve no purpose except to make a lot of mess. I have to say I was really disappointed with these lip balms. They say mini and they mean mini, these lip balms are really tiny. Depending on how much you use them, each of them might last you two to three weeks. When I used the clear one it didn’t last long on my lips, after about an hour and a half my lips started to feel dry and I had to reapply. The other two colours, Blow Up and Flesh 3, last for about two and half hours on my lips, but they stained my lips pink. I didn’t think that the coloured ones would stain my lips at all and I hoped that the clear one would last longer on my lips.

   Overall I am not impressed with these lip balms and I will not be repurchasing them again.
