Pat McGrath Labs Eye Ecstasy Eye Shadow Palette in Sublime

   This is a mini eyeshadow palette with five shadows in it.

   The packaging on this is the same as the Pat McGrath Labs Mini Lip Fetish Lip BalmTrio. The packaging is a completely sealed gold packet with a clear window on the front so that you can see the product inside. There is a label on the front of the packet that tells you what the product is and there is another one on the back explaining what is inside with a picture of the product.

   The eyeshadows are in a frosted rectangular package with the Pat McGrath Labs logo in gold on the front, the last square on the right indicates that it is an eye product.

   There is rice extract in two of the shadows (Sinful and Gold Nectar), this extract helps with soothing your skin and it also has antioxidant properties.

   I again found the packaging hard to get into; I had to use scissors to open it up. There were also a lot of sequins in this packet which to me serve no purpose but to make a mess. The palette itself seemed really cheap; it is a very lightweight plastic with a sticker label on the back with the name of the palette and the names of the shadows.

   I found that all of the shadows had a bit of fall out, but the worse one was Illicit, I really had to tap my brush off for that one. Illicit is the only matte in the palette, it does have gold sparkles in it but I found that they didn’t stay on my eyes at all.  When I wore this palette I noticed that there was a tiny bit of creasing one or two days but that was because those were very long days and I barely noticed it.

   Overall I like the shadows in this palette and I think that they perform well but I’m not sure if I like them enough to purchase the bigger palettes.
