Too Faced Hot Buttered Rum Eye Shadow Palette

   This is a limited edition coppery neutral, eight pan eye shadow palette that has three finishes, and is supposed to smell like hot buttered rum.

   The front of this box is the same as the palette, except the top right of the box says smells like hot buttered rum.

   

   The top of the box has pictures of the colours along with their names. 

   The back of the palette has the names but no pictures of the colours. The palette itself is metal and has a magnetic closure that keeps the palette securely closed. There is also a big mirror in it that works really well.

   When I first opened the palette I noticed that it does have a bit of a weird scent to it, but thankfully it doesn’t last long. The metallic shadows went on really smooth. The mattes are very powdery and I had to tap off my brush several times, but they actually went on nice and smooth. The colour Spiked is a brown shadow with gold sparkles in it, when I used it though, the gold sparkles didn’t show up on the lid much and they weren’t there by the end of the day. At the end of most days I did notice that there was a little bit of creasing, which is normal for me when I use Too Faced eyeshadows. I really like the colours in this palette and I was able to make a lot of different eye looks with it.

   I actually like this palette and I really hope that they come out with a bigger one soon.
