New Covergirl Eyeshadow Palettes and Highlighter

   I got the four new Covergirl Trunaked palettes, one of the quads and a highlight palette that just came out.

   

   I absolutely love their Trunaked palettes and will always buy them when they come out with more. I find that some of the colours can be a hit or miss with pigment and some of them start to wear off a bit throughout the day, but they last longer with an eye primer on. On the back they have a guide for three looks and if you peel the back part off, there is a key legend to help with those three looks and names to the colours in the palette. These eyeshadows can be applied wet for a more dramatic look or dry for a more subtle look.

   I found the quad palette to be a bit disappointing, I found that it swatched okay but when you blended it out, the pigmentation went away. I tried to pack it on to make the shadow stay, but by the end of the day it had faded.

   I like really like the highlight palette It's Lit. I found that it does have a bit of glitter in it, but it does blend onto the high points of your face really nicely, and adds a nice glow.

   Overall I really like these new items from Covergirl and hope that they keep on putting out new palettes in this formula! It is well worth your money!!
