L’Oréal Enchanted Paradise Eyeshadow Palette and Blushes

   L’Oréal has come out with fruit scented blushes and an eyeshadow palette in their new Paradise Enchanted line.

   This is a warm eyeshadow palette that has twelve eyeshadows in it. It has ivory, corals, bronze and brown shades in matte, satin and shimmery finishes. They are very soft to the touch and they blend out really nicely on the eyes. I have tried using these with a couple of eyeshadow primers and they only creased on days when it was really hot out, which is to be expected. On the cooler days they didn't crease, and looked really nice all day long. The only thing that I don't like about this palette is that the pan sizes are really small. I have made a good dent in one of the eyeshadows already.   

   The blushes are warm tone and have peach and apricot hues in them, they are very blendable and you can build them up.

   They also have a mirror inside on the bottom like their other blushes, but this one has no brush in it.

   I have been using these everyday and I love the way they look on my cheeks. There are four blushes in total but I only picked up two of them.

   Left to Right: 190 Bashful that is a shimmery blush and 192 Just Curious that is a satin with a little bit of shimmer in it.

 

   Overall I really like these products and they way that they perform.

Covergirl Flourish by Lash Blast Mascara

   Covergirl has come out with a mascara in the Last Blast line that has oils in it.

   This mascara has a creamy formula that gives you definition and length. It has papaya, coconut and avocado oils in it. It is also opthamologically tested, suitable for contact wearers and has to be removed with makeup remover.

   I got this mascara in 800 Very Black. One coat of this mascara gives you a nice natural look that is suitable for work, or for every day. You can also build this mascara up, and it will give you a more dramatic look. I really like this mascara and found that it did not clump, flake or smudge on me. I also like that fact that it has oils in it that help to nourish your eyelashes.

   Overall I would say that this is a good mascara, and if you want to try it out for yourself go for it.

New Covergirl Eyeshadow Palettes and Highlighter

   I got the four new Covergirl Trunaked palettes, one of the quads and a highlight palette that just came out.

   

   I absolutely love their Trunaked palettes and will always buy them when they come out with more. I find that some of the colours can be a hit or miss with pigment and some of them start to wear off a bit throughout the day, but they last longer with an eye primer on. On the back they have a guide for three looks and if you peel the back part off, there is a key legend to help with those three looks and names to the colours in the palette. These eyeshadows can be applied wet for a more dramatic look or dry for a more subtle look.

   I found the quad palette to be a bit disappointing, I found that it swatched okay but when you blended it out, the pigmentation went away. I tried to pack it on to make the shadow stay, but by the end of the day it had faded.

   I like really like the highlight palette It's Lit. I found that it does have a bit of glitter in it, but it does blend onto the high points of your face really nicely, and adds a nice glow.

   Overall I really like these new items from Covergirl and hope that they keep on putting out new palettes in this formula! It is well worth your money!!
