ophthalmologist tested.

Nourishing Eyeliner in Soft Black
When I first put on this eyeliner it went on smooth and
didn’t clump up on me. It was easy to apply and looked good. After a few hours
though I noticed that it was migrating south on me and it did not look cute. I
had to keep on cleaning up my under eye area so it I didn’t look like I had raccoon
eyes. I don’t know if it was doing this because my lash line is a little bit
oily, but I will not be repurchasing this eyeliner.
