Physicians Formula Rose All Day Petal Glow

   These are multi-use highlighters that have skin care ingredients in them. 

  These highlighters have rosa damascena (rose) flower extract, lycium barbarum (goji berry) fruit extract, terminalia ferdinandiana (kakadu plum) fruit extract, vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) leaf extract, glycerin, helianthusannuus (sunflower) seed oil and tocopherol (vitamine). The rose flower has moisturizing properties, as well as antimicrobial properties and antioxidants. The goji berry extract has antioxidants as well as skin softening and anti-aging properties. The kakadu plum fruit extract is high in vitamin c and it is also has antibacterial qualities and antioxidant properties. The bilberry fruit extract has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These hypoallergenic highlighters are also paraben, gluten and cruelty free and have been clinically and dermatologist tested.

   The highlighters are in encased in a white compact with a clear lid that has the name of the product and roses on it. There is also a mirror and a brush inside the compact. 

   When I first opened the compact I noticed that it has a beautiful embossed rose on it, and I could smell the rose in the product right away. Unfortunately the rose scent is a bit too strong for me and does last for a while on the skin.  

Soft Petal and Freshly Picked

   When I put it on I saw that it blended really nice on my skin and that it has a little bit of sparkle. At the end of the day the highlighter was still on my face, but some of the sparkle had fallen off. They say that these highlighters can also be used as eyeshadow or blush, but I didn’t use them this way so I don’t know how they would hold up.   

   I do like the way that this highlighter looks on my skin, but I would not repurchase it because the scent of rose is a little too strong for me.
