Rimmel Oh My Gloss! Lip Gloss

   This is a high shine, moisturizing lip gloss that is supposed to last for six hours on your lips. 

   

   Some of the ingredients in it are paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), lanolin oil, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e) and argan oil.  Paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil) is an emollient, it helps to soothe and soften your skin. Lanolin Oil is also an emollient, this emollient is extracted from sheep wool after they have sheared it off. The argan oil helps to moisturize and nourish your skin.

   The gloss is in a twisted triangle tube which makes it easy to grip as you open and apply it. When I pulled out the wand I saw that the applicator was a paddle. When I applied the gloss, I noticed that there was a slight fruity-sweet scent to the gloss and that there was enough product on the applicator to go onto both lips without dipping back into the tube.

   Right away the gloss gave my lips a sheer wash of colour with a nice shine. It only lasted for about two hours, but during those hours it was very moisturizing and it didn’t feel sticky or thick. 

      I think that this is going to be one of my favourite lip glosses from the drugstore. Even though it doesn’t last as long as it says, I like that it keeps my lips moisturized and that it doesn’t feel sticky or thick.
