This is a twelve shade eyeshadow palette that has mostly purple shades in it, with a few neutral peach shades and a pop of colour.
There is caprylic/capric triglyceride in the formula of the eyeshadows. Caprylic/capric triglyceride is derived from glycerin and coconut oil and is used as an emollient in cosmetics. It helps to replenish and moisturize your skin. The formula is also cruelty free.
The front of the palette has an inlay that looks like the inside of an amethyst with a bit of blue in it. The words Naked Urban Decay are all raised while Ultraviolet is flat. The text is all light purple.
The palette itself is made out of a hard plastic and it has a strong magnetic closure. There is a full mirror on the inside along with a dual ended brush. This cruelty free and vegan brush is dual-ended with a smudger on one side and a blending brush on the other side.

When I swatched the eyeshadows they all looked really pigmented except for the shade V.R. I had to do another coat over it to get it to show up better. When I went to apply the shadows to my lid they were all a bit powdery, but they did blend out very nicely. I tried out the V.R. shade as an all over shade, and I did have to build it up a bit to get it too look like it does in the pan. I also used it as a topper shadow, and it looked pretty on top of another shadow. I used these shadows with different eyeshadow bases and no matter what base I used, they lasted for about ten hours on my lids before creasing. Some of the shadows did transfer up on my lids but I am use to this since my eyes are deep set.
I really like this palette, I think that it performs well and I like all of the looks that I got out of it.
